Shipping Policy
We ship Australia wide, there is a flat rate of $9.95. Shipping is free for all orders $99 and over. All orders are shipped within 3 days using Australia Post.
Our parcels are packaged with care. We can not take responsibility for poor handling by Australia Post.
Warranty & Return Policy
Refunds or replacements are only permitted if the item is deemed faulty by us. If you believe your product is faulty you can return the item for inspection. You will need to provide proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Each candle is handmade so some slight imperfections and variations may occur. These are not deemed as manufacturing faults. Each bracelet is handmade using genuine gemstones. Gemstones may have a slight variation in shape and colour. We use a high quality stretch elastic, if bracelets are pulled,yanked or overstretched, this will result in elastic snapping. This is not considered to be a manufacturing fault. Please see care instructions.
